Cancellation Policy

Grow Salon understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” for will incur a charge of $25.

Refund Policy

All of our sales on services are final and we do not give refunds. We ask that if a client is unhappy with their hair they call the salon within two business days and request a correction. In most cases Christen (Our Owner) will personally see to it that your hair is to your full satisfaction at no additional charge.
